1. Refund Policy
No refunds will be granted in the event of a cancellation after a reservation has been made.
2. Minimum Attendance
Sessions will only take place with a minimum of two (2) participants. It is the responsibility of the participant to verify attendance.
3. Contraindications
Participants must comply with standard contraindications, including but not limited to:
◦ Cardiac conditions
◦ Vertigo or inner ear disorders
◦ Obesity or overweight
◦ Hypertension
◦ Glaucoma
◦ Recent surgery
◦ Pregnancy (where applicable)
4. Participant Responsibility
Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental fitness in order to safely and fully benefit from the services provided.
Participants must attend in appropriate clothing (comfortable attire with sleeves) and clean socks.
5. Liability
The association Dorure Sur Soi promotes kindness, harmony, and well-being. However, by registering, participants expressly acknowledge and agree that:
◦ They participate consciously and at their own risk.
◦ They remain fully responsible for their physical and emotional capacities, their choices, and their personal sovereignty at all times.
◦ Under no circumstances shall responsibility be transferred to a third party for the integrity of which each participant is the sole guardian.

No medical diagnosis is provided. The services offered are strictly limited to moments of well-being, without any therapeutic or medical claim beyond the personal benefit the participant may derive.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Reading and validating this document constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and forms a mutual agreement between the participant and the association
